Today,my parents went to Hong Kong and left my brother and I at home.My mother gave us ninety dollars to last for a week.She also buy lots of ice cream and cakes and place it in the refrigerator.There were instant pizza in the freezer too.There were already supply of food but she still gave us ninety dollars each.My father told us that if that is any stuff we want, he would buy for us in Hong Kong.The worst thing is we had to do chores like washing clothes and stuff like that.Unfortunely, I still have homework to do and projects to be completed.So I have stop playing computer games and buck up on my studies.
I am worried about my studies as I am afraid that I will not able to catch up to what teacher is teaching.My parents would give us a call from Hong Kong to tell us to revise and do our homework.My brother is a computer freak and he would play computer non-stop.He could also play computer from eleven morning to eleven midnight.I had to stop him from playing computer and make him concentrate on his studies.
I had to go to my tuition every Sunday and some revision once in a while.I hoped that I will improved and surpassed all those people who are better than me.

Third entry
Today is my cousin birthday.We wanted to make it more special so we organize a party at a chalet.Unfortunely, my cousin was blind and mute.He had always forget his birthday so we had to tell him that today was his birthday by sign languange.Sign languange is the use of hands movement that represent something.It was really hard to learn sign languange.My cousin also has a bad temper.When he is not happy, he also stomped back to his room and banged the door.
So this year birthday we tried to not make his angry.My family and I went to Junction 8 and buy some wrapping paper to wrap the wonderful presents that we bought.Some of us bought pens and some of us bought some computer games for him.My aunt and uncle brought him down to the chalet while we decorated the chalet with balloons and some colourful ribbons.When he came, we off all the lights in the chalet.Then gave him a surprise.We then take the frozen food and barbecue them.
We add happily and then we gave my cousin presents.He do not want to open the presents and he put them aside.Finally, we bring out the birthday cake which my aunt bought.It was an ice-cream cake.We sang a birthday for my cousin using sign languange.After he make a wish, he slice the cake.It was really tasty.After that we stay at the chalet till the next morning before we go back home.

Second entry
Today, I attented the Community Involvment Programme.I had to go to Junction 8 NTUC supermarket to do the project.I ate my breakfast at Macdonalds and went to the supermarket.When my friends and I reach there, there were already lots of people buying their daily needs at the supermarket.Our first aim there was to find the manager of that outlet and ask what we have to do.Unfortunaely, the manager was there because he was in other country.So we had to find the supervisor of that outlet.We adressed him as Mr Neo.He told us to give out all the recycle bags to promote Bring Your Own Bag Day.
After one and a half hour, someone told us that we are doing what we should not do.We should do our survey form instead of giving out recycle bag.We quickly take our survey form from our bags and ask people to help us do the survey.Some of them turn us down but some are happy to help us answer the question on the survey form.
About twelve, we went for our lunch at a near by hawker center.Then we continue to do the survey form.It took us four hours to do the survey form because the people who are in the supermarket are unwilling to cooperate with us.After all of us complete the survey form, we all ran up to the supervisor and let him sign a form which proved that we had done our job.Some of them then went to Junction 8 to shop while a take a bus to school to hand up the survey form.

Today, I had to go for NPCC Adventure Training Camp.It was at Pulau Ubin so we had to go to the jetty and take a ferry.I had a bit of seasick on my way to Pulau Ubin when I was on the ferry due to the shaking of the ferry.On the ferry, I saw the motor of the ferry tuning in order to make the ferry sail.When we reach Pulau Ubin, there were lots of bicycle shops renting bicycle.Our NPCC campside was about five kilometers from the Pulua Ubin jetty to there.The first thing we do when we reach there is build our tent.
We were seperated into group with girls and boys mixed and different schools mixed.Then we sat together to form a circle and we had to say our own name and which school are we from.I was in group five and our colour was pink.Our group name was Patrick.Then we were told who were our tentmates and we had to build a tent in forty minutes.We were also punish to push-ups for being slow.It was tough.For dinner, I had maggi mee and a packet of biscult. This lasted for three days and I finally can go back to Sinagpore.
The water there was nasty.It tastes like urine but when you get use to eat it taste like plain water.When I reach Singapore, the first thing I do was to go to a shop and get a bottle of Green Tea.I got more than thirty mosquitoes bites around my whole body and it was really itchy.

Introduction
Hello everybody in Singapore, my name is Yiu Hong Leung. My age is fourteen and I am in Secondary two. I live in a five room with my father, mother and my little brother. I am not the single child of my family but my mother still pampers me a lot. They always buy clothes and other stuff for me in order to keep me pleased. Life in Singapore is not easy.My father and mother goes to work daily to feed me and my brother. I am very fortunate to have such great parents who adores me.
I talk about my school now. I study in Chong Boon Secondary School where there are teachers that care about us and teachers that teaches us good knowledge. I have quite a number of friends. I do not group my friends into normal and best friends. The whole class is my best friends. I do my homework with them. We play, learn and eat together. I treat my school as my second home.
Singapore is a small dot in the globe but it is a really busy country. Sinagpore is a multi racial society with range of chinese, malay, indian and other legal immigrants from other country.I think that is an advantage to Singapore because we can learn about their culture and what they do usually. Singapore is counted as a high-tec country with handphones, televison, computers and MP3 which allows us to listen to the music we want. Singapore also has a reverse osmosis changing the urine which we pee out to a fresh drinking waterso we do not need to buy water from other country. Singapore also has places that attract tourists around the world to visit like Sentosa.
